Trusted, local, and professional service across Port Hedland.

Our Story

Port Paws & Property was born from a simple need in Port Hedland - affordable, trustworthy care for pets and homes. With limited kennel options and growing concerns about leaving properties unattended, we set out to create a service that gives locals real peace of mind. Our founder, is a former military police dog handler and trainer, brings discipline, reliability, and a deep love for animals to every visit. Fully police-checked and experienced in both animal care and property security, our team built Port Paws & Property on the values of trust, care, and professionalism - because everyone deserves to travel knowing their pets and home are in safe hands.

Our Services

Port Paws & Property fills a real gap in the Port Hedland community - a single, reliable service that cares for both pets and properties. Instead of juggling multiple providers, locals can turn to one trusted team for feeding, walking, watering, and home checks. Our all-in-one approach saves time, reduces stress, and keeps your pets happy and your home safe. It’s practical peace of mind for busy workers, FIFO families, and travellers who value genuine care and local reliability.

Opening Hours!

Port Paws & Property operates 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, seven days a week, providing flexible service for busy Port Hedland locals. We understand travel plans can come up suddenly, so we’re happy to assist at short notice whenever possible. For your pets’ safety, we do not walk dogs between 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM, as the Pilbara heat can be dangerous. All walks are scheduled during the cooler morning or late afternoon hours to keep your pets comfortable and protected.
